The Serengeti Giraffe Project

The Serengeti giraffe project was established to carry out research on the giraffes of Serengeti National Park, Tanzania to further understanding of their ecology and behavior. The giraffe is the national animal of Tanzania.

The Mammal Research Unit at the University of Bristol is dedicated to studying mammalian conservation, ecology, population biology and sociobiology. It was founded in the late 1970s by Professor Stephen Harris who is involved with the Rothschild's Giraffe Project.

The University of Bristol is located in the city of Bristol, England. It is currently ranked 10th in the UK and 34th in the World.

Soysambu Conservancy is a non-profit organisation which endeavours to preserve Africa's Great Rift Valley ecosystem for the benefit of future generations
